To use ebikee, you must create an account using a valid email address (via Magic Link) or your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

03 Listings & Content

When posting listings on ebikee, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Only list items you own or have the right to sell
• Not post illegal, offensive, or misleading content
• Not use the platform for any fraudulent purpose

04 Messaging

ebikee provides an in-app messaging feature to connect buyers and sellers. You agree not to use messaging to:

• Spam or harass other users
• Share illegal or harmful content
• Conduct transactions outside the platform to circumvent safety measures

05 Prohibited Activities

You may not use ebikee to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

ebikee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We are not responsible for transactions between users.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ebikee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including disputes between buyers and sellers.

08 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

09 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
